Minimum SPM qualification.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge and able to learn simple system operations.

Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Friendly and able to communicate well with customers.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Candidates with experience in courier, retail, customer service, or warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

Preferably staying in or near Bukit Mertajam / Alma area.

Greet customers and assist with courier and parcel shipping services.

Handle parcel packing, scanning, sorting, and basic processing.

Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.

Assist in arranging and coordinating team duties when required.

Handle general daily outlet matters and administrative tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
