Job Requirements:

• Driver's License: Must hold a valid Malaysian Class D or DA driver's license with a clean driving record (no major accidents, DUIs, or serious traffic violations resulting in demerit points within the last 3 years); possession of a GDL license is an advantage.

• Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a professional driver; preference given to candidates with experience driving for executives at Chinese-funded enterprises or multinational corporations, or serving as an on-site driver for large-scale engineering projects.

• Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin (for communicating with Chinese management) and fluent in English/basic Malay (for handling daily business travel and administrative tasks).

• Physical Fitness & Adaptability: Good eyesight and physical health; ability to adapt to the demanding schedules of engineering projects, including early starts, late finishes, occasional weekend overtime, and urgent transport assignments.

• Professionalism: Upright character, no bad habits, punctual and dedicated; possesses good business etiquette and a strong sense of confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business and Personnel Transportation: Responsible for the daily business transport, airport pick-up/drop-off, and inter-project or Kuala Lumpur city commuting for company executives, Chinese expatriate management, project teams, and visiting clients.

• Project Site Commuting: Carry out administrative directives from the project department by driving between the construction site, client/supervisor camps, and relevant government agencies; capable of navigating site access roads and complex traffic conditions safely and smoothly.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Responsible for vehicle cleaning and routine checks (engine oil, brakes, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition); schedule and coordinate official servicing, road tax renewals, and annual insurance inspections on time.

• Itinerary and Expense Management: Accurately maintain vehicle mileage logs; properly manage and submit expense claims for fuel, tolls (Touch 'n Go), and other travel-related costs.

• Confidentiality and Safety Standards: Strictly adhere to traffic laws and safe driving protocols; maintain professional confidentiality regarding passengers (company leadership) and any business-related conversations held in the vehicle.
