Title: Administrator (part time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
• Keep records and reports up to date
• Organize and schedule meetings and events
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents, respond to inquiries via telephone or email
• Filing and photocopying
• Order and maintain supplies
• Make and confirm travel arrangements
• Perform routine book keeping tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in Secretarial or adminstration role
• Being independent, responsible, and resilient.
• Very well organised.
• Good in written and spoken English is essential.

Qualification - Diploma Tertiary

Industry - Exhibition/ Manufacture/ Trading

Location - Hong Kong.

Employment Type - Part time (working days 2 to 4 days per month)
