Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hands-on experience with Malaysia HRDC/HRD Corp training arrangements.

1–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HRBP, or a related HR function is preferred.

Strong project management and coordination skills.

Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple training activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Experience with LMS/learning platforms will be an advantage.

Coordinate and execute training programs across Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam in collaboration with business and central teams.

Manage Malaysia HRDC/HRD Corp training arrangements, including coordination and related documentation.

Organize and support New Hire Orientation and Mandatory Training programs.

Maintain training records and support internal and external training audits.

Support the adoption and usage of the Genome Learning Platform, including assisting learners with day-to-day platform-related issues.

Facilitate and coordinate regional and central training programs, projects, and activities.

Partner closely with business teams to understand and resolve training-related queries and requirements.

Ensure training activities are well organized and delivered within agreed timelines.
