Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end delivery of Ecommerce (Shopify, Magento), Digital (websites, CMS, landing pages), and IT projects (system integrations, APIs, automation).

Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and delivery timelines.

Conduct project kickoff meetings and align internal teams with project requirements.

Coordinate internal teams (developers, designers, QA) and external vendors or clients.

Assign and manage resources based on availability and capability.

Monitor workload and adjust resource allocation and timelines as needed

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.

Translate client and business requirements into clear tasks for internal teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.

Facilitate review sessions, feedback cycles, and sign-off stages.

Work closely with developers and technical leads to understand system integrations (payment gateways, ERP, CRM).

Track API dependencies and ensure technical feasibility before execution.

Coordinate integration tasks and ensure proper testing and validation prior to go-live.

Track project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

Manage project schedules and proactively update timelines.

Handle scope changes through proper change request processes

Identify risks related to timelines, integrations, and scope changes.

Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Lead post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
