**HIRING: PART-TIME OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT**

**Work Arrangement: ** Temporary / Part-time

**Salary: *: 10 -12 SGD per hour

We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive individual to assist with daily operations and logistics activities in our marine equipment trading business.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist with daily operations and logistics coordination.
• Follow up with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, invoices and delivery documents.
• Track shipments and update delivery status.
• Maintain Excel records and organise documentation.
• Coordinate collection, packing and dispatch of marine spare parts where required.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.

**Requirements**

• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word and email skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping or operations is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to undertake the assignment in Singapore.
