Salary up to RM 7000

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the technician and field service team
• Oversee daily service and maintenance activities
• Monitor service performance, KPIs and team productivity
• Plan manpower, technician schedules and job assignments
• Manage inventory, spare parts and service equipment
• Coordinate logistics and customer service requirements
• Provide training and development for technical staff
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams
• Handle customer complaints and service escalations
• Prepare operational reports and maintain ISO-related documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller/refrigeration service operations
• Strong technical knowledge of chiller or cooling systems
• Proven experience managing technicians or field service teams
• Good leadership, manpower planning and problem-solving skills
• Able to coordinate multiple service activities and customer requirements
• Willing to work in a fast-paced service environment
