Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities
Assist with daily office administrative tasks.
Perform data entry, filing, scanning and document preparation.
Prepare and organize quotations, invoices and other documents.
Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
Assist with customer follow-ups and appointment arrangements.
Maintain and update customer records.
Assist with installation records and related documentation.
Coordinate with customers and internal team members.
Assist with general office operations and ad-hoc tasks.
