Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or an equivalent field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• High fluency and comprehension in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Basic knowledge of editing software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong awareness of social media marketing trends.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist with organising marketing events, roadshows, and product launches.

Social Media & Content

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu.
• Support content creation including photography, videography, and basic video editing.
• Assist in designing marketing materials such as posters, banners, and social media visuals.
• Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic marketing reports.

E-Commerce & Digital Platforms

• Help manage and update e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the company website.
• Monitor digital marketing activities and support ongoing improvements.

Market Research & Coordination

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with influencers, vendors, and external partners when required.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
