What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing Business Administration, Business Management, Management, Human Resources or a related field.

• Organised and comfortable handling documentation and coordination.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Responsible and able to follow through on assigned tasks.

• Willing to learn across different areas rather than working within only one narrow function.

• Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day office and business administration.

• Assist with documentation, filing, correspondence and record keeping.

• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets and meeting materials.

• Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up on action items.

• Support purchasing, quotations, vendors and general office requirements.

• Assist with basic HR administration and employee documentation.

• Coordinate information and tasks across different departments.

• Support management with research, data compilation and special projects.

• Help document and improve internal processes and standard operating procedures.

• Assist with events, corporate activities and business projects when required.

• Explore digital tools and simple automation that can reduce repetitive administrative work.
