Minimum SPMqualification with at least1 year of working experience.

Candidates with 1 year or more of relevant debt collection experience in the banking/financial industry are preferred.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Make regular calls to debtors to follow up on outstanding payments and arrears.

Discuss repayment plans or loan restructuring options with debtors.

Explain and clarify non-payment issues and other service/product-related concerns.

Conduct site visits and enquiries to locate uncontactable hirers when required.

Maintain proper records of collection activities and follow-up actions.
