We're growing, and it's time to start new desks. CREW by HRnet is expanding into new verticals, and we're looking for Team Leaders ready to build and head these new teams from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Set up and lead a new vertical/ desk, building the team and processes
• Guide a team of recruitment consultants to hit targets and deliver seamless hiring experiences for our clients
• Coach, motivate and develop your team, turning potential into performance
• Partner closely with clients across various industries to understand their workforce needs
• Drive process improvements that make hiring simpler for everyone involved
• Report on team performance and contribute to recruitment strategy

What you bring:

• A proven track record in recruitment or team leadership, with the ability to rally and inspire a team
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building something new rather than just maintaining what exists
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a knack for building trusted client relationships
