Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship or related fields.
- Internship period of at least 3 months.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interested in Sales, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales team in finding and contacting potential customers.
- Assist in promoting and introducing F&B Equipment to customers.
- Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, sales documents and reports.
- Assist with customer follow-up through WhatsApp, phone and email.
- Assist in arranging customer visits, appointments and site visits.
- Update customer records, sales leads and sales activities.
- Assist the team in achieving sales targets and business development activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and supporting promotional activities.
- Perform other sales and marketing tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
