Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with efficient, nimble and resilient processes through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Group Ops Capability Centre (GOCC) was formed to accelerate innovation via development and deployment of AI capabilities and COE setups, and at the same time to ensure resiliency and standardization. The function also holds the mandate to oversee digital transformation initiatives across the 3 Lines of Business Ops (LOBOs) and Operations COO functions.

About the role

• To design, develop, and implement agentic AI and LLM-powered conversational AI applications for consumer and corporate facing chatbot and voicebots.
• Assist in prompt engineering and tuning efforts to optimize LLM model performance and output quality for conversational AI use cases.
• Collaborate with governance teams and stakeholders to monitor model performance metrics, and responsible AI practices.
To monitor performance of GenAI and LLM applications, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs and prompts to continuously improve effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering & Tuning : Assist in the design, testing, and iterative refinement of prompts for LLM-powered applications to improve accuracy, relevance, and user experience..
• Agentic Chatflow Development : Support the design and implementation of agentic AI chatflows, including multi-turn conversations, tool integrations, and decision-making logic within conversational AI systems.
• Model Governance & Assessment : Work closely with governance teams and business stakeholders to support model assessments, document findings, and ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles and compliance requirements.
• Implementation Support : Assist in the design, development, and deployment of GenAI Chatbot and Voicebot solutions, Agentic Conversations (ACs), and foundational items.
• Feature Enhancement : Collaborate with development teams to identify, test, and implement GenAI and AC enhancements based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in successful E2E delivery of Artificial Intelligence projects and Change Management.
• Strong foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data handling, and interacting with LLM APIs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
