Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about products and services.

Maintain and update customer records and sales databases accurately.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.

Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials.

Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective administrative and operational assistance.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.

Ensure the sales office is organized and well-maintained.

Greet and assist customers entering the pharmacy, providing a welcoming and helpful first impression.

Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, products are well-displayed, and the overall environment is inviting.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, location, and basic information, escalating complex questions to senior staff when necessary.

Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving new stock, checking for damages, and reporting discrepancies.

Help prepare promotional displays and ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and prominently displayed.

Support the sales team by preparing necessary documentation, organizing sales materials, and performing general administrative tasks.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and health and safety regulations.
