Job Summary
This position reports to the Director (Operations) to carry out general and operational duties in the office and client sites.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily deployment of personnel to client sites.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual requirements.
Identify operational gaps, investigate incidents and prepare reports
Co-ordinate staff welfare, engagement and on-site trainings
Required competencies and certifications
Knowledge of SOPs, workplace safety and service quality standards
Participate in security operations management and deployment planning.
Able to conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Effective communication and management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting systems
Other Information
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
This position is open for mid-career individuals (mature, 40 years and above).
Experience with security technology and equipment (CCTV, fire alarm systems, command centre, VMS, LPR, etc)
Diploma or Degree in technical or a related discipline
