Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administrationor a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Prior experience in logistics, inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills to work closely with the operations team and other departments

Support daily inventory management and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and timely delivery.

Assist the operations team with daily activities to maintain workflow efficiency and operational excellence.

Prepare, organize and monitor shipment arrangements according to company procedures and standards.

Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.

Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
