About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to lead retail operations across our pharmacy outlets. You will drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence and MOH compliance, and develop a high-performing team of outlet and area managers. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in retail pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance: Partner with the marketing team to grow retail sales; set and communicate outlet sales targets; lead outlet managers to achieve KPIs on sales, purchasing power, and gross profit.
• Training & Development: Ensure outlet staff are equipped with pharmacy knowledge and strong selling skills; work with HR to identify training needs and keep onboarding modules current.
• Operations Management: Ensure all outlets are well-merchandised and compliant with MOH guidelines; maintain optimal stock levels; uphold safety standards across stores, staff, assets, cash, and inventory; chair monthly meetings with outlet and area managers to resolve operational issues.
• Staffing & Leadership: Lead recruitment of pharmacists and outlet managers; monitor manager performance and provide ongoing feedback; manage performance appraisals; motivate teams to hit KPIs.
• Performance & KPI Monitoring: Conduct annual performance reviews for outlet and area managers; closely track their KPIs and provide direction.
• SOPs & Work Instructions: Develop, review, and improve operational SOPs; deliver regular training on procedures.
• Audit & Data Analysis: Review outlet audit reports and take corrective action; analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to identify business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy operations is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven analytical and critical thinking ability
• High integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
