Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of work sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Identify and document non-conformance issues and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.

Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material submittals, for quality compliance.

Monitor and report on the progress of quality control activities.

Ensure all testing and inspection activities are performed according to established procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all quality control inspections and tests.
