Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Promote and explain our products/services professionally.
• Follow up with customers and respond to enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Positive attitude and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous telemarketing/sales experience will be an added advantage.
