Responsibilities
We are looking for part time HR to join us!
Commitment:
3 days per week, 4 hours per day (12 hours/week)
on site
Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of HR functions
Assist in recruitment process by pre-screening and onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, orientation and development and compensation and benefit
Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation
Process employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8Aannual Income Tax Assessment and levy waivers
Handling work injury claims and all government paid leave claims
Maintain accurate employee data in EPE HR system and manage leave portal
Handle security bonds, PCP, dormitory arrangements, and pre-housing checks
Handle CRS and BCA license applications and renewals
Manage employees’ core trade, multi-skill, D1, and CSOC courses
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations
Proficient experience in MOM, CPF & IRAS
Good organizational skill and meticulous.
Familiar with EPE software
Well verse in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Well verse in written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Experience in construction industry will be advanced advantage
Able to handle confidential HR information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
