Role Description

The Revenue Analytics Analyst / Revenue Analytics Manager / Revenue Analytics Director uses commercial data to explain revenue performance and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include analysing customer segments, pricing, sales pipelines, retention, and forecasts, and translating findings into recommendations.

The Analyst develops reports, models, and performance insights. The Manager leads analytical projects and partners with commercial teams, while the Director sets analytics priorities, establishes measurement standards, and advises leadership on revenue strategy, investment, and growth performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in revenue analysis, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or financial planning.
• Understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, customer retention, sales conversion, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to validate data, maintain consistent metric definitions, and investigate performance changes.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating customer cohorts, scenarios, and commercial opportunities.
• Clear communication skills for explaining findings, assumptions, and limitations to stakeholders.
• For analyst positions, experience preparing dashboards, forecasts, and actionable revenue insights.
• For manager positions, experience leading analytics projects, reviewing outputs, and coordinating business stakeholders.
• For director positions, proven experience developing analytics strategy, leading teams, and influencing executive decisions through measurable commercial insights.
