We are looking for an experienced and passionate Branch Sales Manager (Premium Wellness) to lead the operations of a premium wellness centre. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong people management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.
• Drive branch revenue, sales performance, customer retention, and achievement of business targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to maintain high standards of service, productivity, and performance.
• Oversee staff scheduling, operational processes, inventory, and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing feedback and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with management on business strategies, promotional activities, and initiatives to grow the branch and strengthen the brand.
