About The Role:
We are looking for driven individuals to join our leadership pipeline and build a business in financial services with a clear pathway to Unit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & manage client portfolio
- Provide Takaful & financial consultation
- Generate new business via networking & referrals
- Achieve sales KPI
- Attend training & coaching
- Recruit & lead team to Manager level
What We Offer:
- Bridging Income RM3K / RM6K / RM10K (12 months, KPI based)

Requirements:
- Age below 45, Blue IC (for TBE license)
- Diploma + 1 years exp OR Degree
