• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Management, Hospitality, F&B, Business or a related field

• Interested in the F&B industry and outlet operations

• Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn

• Comfortable standing for long hours and working on weekends and public holidays when needed

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to work at Hextar World, Damansara Perdana

• Internship period: 3 to 6 months (6 months preferred)

Job Summary: The Operations Intern will support the Operations team at Hextar World, gaining hands-on exposure to daily F&B outlet operations, SOP compliance, stock control and customer service.

• Support daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures

• Assist in floor supervision to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours

• Monitor and ensure SOP compliance (service, food handling, safety, hygiene)

• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for efficient order preparation and delivery

• Assist in stock management (receiving, storage, stock count, and replenishment)

• Handle customer service issues and help resolve complaints

• Support cash handling, POS system usage, and daily sales closing

• Assist in preparing daily operation, sales and stock reports

• Identify operational problems on the floor and report them for corrective action

• Perform other operations tasks as assigned

• Internship Allowance RM800/month
• Hands-on exposure to F&B outlet operations
