As a Social Commerce Intern, you will support the planning and execution of livestream campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada and other social commerce platforms.

You will get hands-on experience across the full social commerce journey — from campaign planning and platform operations to livestream hosting, performance analysis and sales conversion. Working with brands, merchants, affiliates and internal teams, you will help create engaging livestream experiences that connect with customers and drive commercial outcomes.

How You will Make An Impact:

Livestream & Campaign Execution

• Coordinate and execute livestream campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada and other social commerce platforms.
• Support end-to-end campaign planning, including promotional mechanics, product assortment setup, campaign scheduling and content coordination.
• Collaborate closely with livestream hosts, brand partners, affiliates, merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Host livestream sessions approximately three times per week, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Provide real-time operational and troubleshooting support during livestreams and campaign periods to ensure smooth execution.

Platform Operations & Commercial Support

• Manage day-to-day platform operations, including product listing setup, voucher creation, campaign configuration and promotional optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse key livestream metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion and sales performance.
• Support growth initiatives to improve customer engagement and drive commercial outcomes across social commerce channels.
• Assist with content coordination, inventory planning and post-campaign performance reporting.

Skills for Success:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Retail Management, eCommerce or a related discipline.
• Passionate about social commerce, livestreaming, digital marketing and creating engaging customer experiences that drive sales.
• Confident, energetic and creative, with the ability to present comfortably in front of a camera.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
