Job Description

The Soybean Factory is a growing F&B company specialising in soy-based desserts and beverages. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation and brand promotions. You will have the opportunity to develop practical marketing skills while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Support social media marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with photography, video shooting and editing for marketing content.
• Design marketing materials using Canva or other creative tools.
• Participate in product launches, events and marketing activities.
• Research social media trends and contribute creative marketing ideas.
• Support the marketing team with daily tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Interested in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other editing tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh ideas and a positive working attitude are highly encouraged.
• Able to commit to an internship period of 3–6 months.
