Position: Technical Assistant (Electrical)
Industry: Manufacturing (Medicine, Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care & Cosmetics)
Location: Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Rotating Shifts: 7:00AM–3:00PM, 3:00PM–11:00PM, 11:00PM–7:00AM)
Employment Type: 12 months contract with PERSOL (renewable based on performance)
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (based on experience & skills) + Statutory Contributions + Leave Entitlement + Medical Coverage

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical-related field

• 2–3 years of electrical maintenance experience in FMCG/F&B manufacturing

• Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills

• Computer literate, proactive, and a strong team player

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Minimize production downtime and support equipment setup

• Strengthen preventive & predictive maintenance for production and purified water systems

• Ensure compliance with SHE & GMP standards

• Complete PM tasks and report issues to Technical Specialist

• Cover plant-wide electrical systems and purified water systems
