• Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Business, or related fields. • Passionate about social media, content creation, digital marketing, and storytelling.

• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Threads.

• Basic understanding of content trends and social media best practices.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and experiment with new content ideas.

• Comfortable appearing on camera is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is a plus.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content for BRG Marketing's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Participate in content brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand awareness initiatives.

• Research social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

• Assist in scripting short-form videos, social media posts, and marketing content.

• Support content production activities including filming, basic editing, caption writing, and content scheduling.

• Help manage and maintain BRG Marketing's online presence to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

• Monitor content performance and provide insights for content improvement.

• Assist the team in client campaign brainstorming, content ideation, and strategy discussions when required.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team on special projects, events, and activations.

• Perform other marketing-related tasks and projects assigned by supervisors.
