About the Internship

Looking for practical industry exposure? Join Ella Furniture and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, production monitoring and factory management.

You will work closely with our Production Executive and gain valuable exposure to daily production activities and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily production activities and workflow progress.
• Track Work-in-Progress (WIP) across different production sections.
• Monitor production output and assist in achieving daily production targets.
• Assist in production planning, scheduling and operational coordination.
• Monitor machine maintenance schedules and record equipment downtime.
• Assist in quality inspections and defect monitoring.
• Conduct production floor inspections to ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Prepare daily production reports and update operational records using Microsoft Excel.
• Participate in production meetings and assist in identifying operational improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.30.
• Preferably available for an internship period of 6 months or above.
• Willing to work and gain exposure in a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage.
