• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, social media, and current digital trends.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools is an added advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or event management is a plus.
• No prior working experience required – fresh ideas and a positive attitude are what matter most!

Are you passionate about beauty, social media, and digital marketing? Alyssa Madeline is looking for creative, energetic, and motivated interns to join our growing beauty brand!

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cosmetics industry, working on real marketing campaigns, social media content, e-commerce promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand events.

Your Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing: Assist in planning, creating, and managing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Support photo shoots, video production, product demonstrations, and creative content development.
• Digital Marketing & E-Commerce: Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Influencer & KOL Marketing: Identify potential KOLs, KOCs, and content creators, coordinate collaborations, and follow up on campaign activities.
• Event Management: Support the planning, preparation, and execution of brand events, promotional roadshows, and marketing activations.
• Branding & Advertising: Brainstorm creative marketing ideas, promotional materials, and strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, beauty trends, customer preferences, and marketing performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team on daily operations and exciting new projects.
