- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Implement the assigned IT project under the guidance of the HR team.
- Gather user requirements and translate them into clear project tasks.
- Support the development, configuration, and testing of project systems or tools.
- Troubleshoot project issues and coordinate with relevant teams or vendors as needed.
- Maintain project documentation, user guides, and progress reports.
- Assist with project rollout, user training, and handover while maintaining confidentiality of company and employee information.
