Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Sales Administrator to develop sales opportunities, support customer accounts, and coordinate sales administration. You will engage prospective and existing customers, prepare commercial documents, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads through outreach and referrals.
• Present products or services and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery updates, and customer issue resolution.
• Prepare sales reports and track progress against targets.
• Support ongoing customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or sales administration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product or service benefits.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to achieving sales goals and resolving customer concerns.
