Job Description

Responsibilities

Senior Physiotherapist / Osteopath | Core Fitness Singapore (Orchard Road)

About Core Fitness

Core Fitness is a private physiotherapy clinic and Pilates studio at Palais Renaissance, Orchard Road. Since 2011, we have been Singapore’s pioneer in integrating physiotherapy and Pilates within one clinical practice. Physiotherapy, rehabilitation Pilates and bodywork are delivered under one roof. Every session is one-to-one, and clients are cared for across the full arc of their health, from acute pain to long-term movement health.

We are growing our clinical team and looking for experienced Senior Physiotherapists and/or Osteopaths who share our belief in thorough, individualised, whole-person care.

Why join us

  • One-to-one sessions only. No double-booking and no rushed appointments. You have the time to assess properly, treat well and see your clients progress.
  • An integrated team. Work alongside rehab-focused Pilates instructors and bodywork therapists, with internal cross-referral and shared clinical context. You will see your clients carry their recovery into long-term maintenance, not lose them at discharge.
  • A discerning, committed client base. Our clients include professionals, expats, athletes and active seniors who value expert care and invest in their health.
  • Clinical variety. Chronic pain, scoliosis, sports injuries, geriatric care, and pre and post-natal care.
  • Room to grow. Develop a special interest, mentor junior colleagues and help shape clinical standards in an established practice.
  • A premium setting. A calm private clinic in the heart of Orchard Road.

What you will do

  • Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and neuro-musculoskeletal conditions in private one-to-one sessions
  • Design individualised treatment plans that combine manual therapy, exercise prescription and client education
  • Use Pilates-based exercise within treatment where clinically indicated (training provided if needed)
  • Collaborate with our Pilates and bodywork teams on cross-referrals and integrated care plans
  • Keep accurate clinical records and support clients with insurance documentation
  • Contribute to clinical discussions, team development and service growth

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy from a recognised institution
  • Physiotherapists: full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), or eligibility to register
  • Osteopaths: registration with a recognised osteopathic regulatory body in your country of training
  • At least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally in private practice
  • Strong MSK assessment and manual therapy skills
  • Experience or interest in Pilates, scoliosis management, sports rehabilitation, women’s health or geriatric care is a strong plus
  • Warm, confident communicator who builds lasting client relationships
  • Committed to continuous learning and evidence-informed practice

What we offer

  • Competitive remuneration
  • Flex-work positions available
  • Continuing professional development support
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture
