- Assist doctors during patient consultations and medical procedures.

- Register patients, manage appointments, and handle front desk duties.

- Perform basic clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, blood collection, and simple medical tests.

- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and medical equipment.

- Dispense medications as instructed by the doctor.

- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.

- Ensure the clinic is clean, hygienic, and well-organised.

- Handle patient enquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms.

- Assist with health screening programmes and other clinic services.

- Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

2. Job Requirements | 职位要求

- Minimum SPM qualification.

- Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage; training will be provided.

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- **Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Mandarin.**

- Friendly, patient, responsible, and professional attitude.

- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills.

- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
