Job Description

As a Remobie Support, you will be based in-store and play a supportive role during peak campaign or launch periods. Your main responsibility is to assist stores in executing our service operations smoothly, allowing store staff to focus on driving sales. You will be the in-store expert, helping to manage customer interactions related to our services while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Educate and coach store staff to actively promote trade-in by communicating its key benefits and savings to customers.
