Job Snapshot

Position: Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 6 days per week
Operations: 24-hour rotational shifts

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer enquiries through inbound calls, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation.
  • Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality requirements.
  • Work towards individual productivity, customer service, and quality targets.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Is proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Is comfortable handling customer enquiries through different channels.
  • Has basic computer literacy.
  • Is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or contact centre experience is an advantage.

Working Schedule

24-hour rotational operations

  • 6 working days per week
  • Rotational shifts
  • Weekends and public holidays may be required depending on the assigned work schedule.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
