About the Role
Huang He Consultancy is a Singapore-based corporate and management consultancy. We are looking for a short-term intern to support the on-ground coordination of a senior international government delegation's official visit to Singapore, as part of a multi-country diplomatic and trade learning journey.
This is a short, high-visibility assignment — ideal for a student or recent graduate who wants real, hands-on exposure to high-level event coordination and protocol, working directly alongside the delegation's hosts.
What You'll Do
• Support day-to-day on-ground coordination for the delegation throughout their 2-day programme in Singapore
• Liaise with chauffeurs, hotel staff, and venue contacts to ensure smooth, punctual movement between meetings and engagements
• Assist with meet-and-greet duties, schedule updates, and general logistics support
• Support dining and hospitality arrangements
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times when interacting with VIP guests and government officials
What We're Looking For
• Current undergraduate (any year) or recent graduate from a local university — NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SIT, or SUSS
• Polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Composed and professional in formal, high-stakes settings
• Meticulous, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to commit to a short virtual briefing beforehand, plus both full on-site days
• Discretion is essential — a confidentiality agreement (NDA) will be required before the engagement
Schedule
• Virtual briefing (~30 minutes, via Zoom): date TBC, shortly before the on-site dates
• On-site engagement: 22–23 October 2026, Singapore
What's on Offer
• SGD 150 per day for 2 days (SGD 300 total), paid promptly after the engagement
• Hands-on experience coordinating a high-level government/VIP delegation visit
• Reference letter available upon request
