Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Design campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and channel plans that match client hiring and branding goals.
• Set up and run ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and relevant job portals while managing daily budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate creatives and copy with designers and writers to ensure assets launch on time and on brief.
• Run simple A/B tests and adjust targeting to improve cost per lead and engagement.

Client Sales & Growth

• Prepare and present concise campaign proposals and rate cards to prospective clients.
• Manage a basic sales pipeline, follow up leads, and close small-to-medium accounts with support from senior staff.
• Maintain client relationships, gather campaign feedback, and recommend next steps to expand services.

Analytics & Collaboration

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and native ad dashboards, and deliver clear weekly summaries.
• Use Google Sheets to monitor KPIs, leads, and simple revenue forecasts.
• Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to align campaign outputs with hiring outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, mass communications, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 0 years of professional experience expected; internships, course projects, or part-time campaign work count strongly.
• Comfortable working in a small team with tight timelines and handling both sales and marketing tasks.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic competence with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads, or strong willingness to learn them fast.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting campaign metrics.
• Ability to write clear ad copy and create concise briefs for designers and content creators.
• Working knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing ideas.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Effective communication and collaboration skills; able to take direction and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership potential with a positive, curious attitude and strong willingness to learn quickly.
