Responsibilities

• Produce engaging written, graphic, and short-form video content for social media platforms.

• Draft catchy copy for social posts, email newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.

• Schedule daily content, engage with followers, monitor comments, and stay active within relevant online communities.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer and audience inquiries across email, phone, live chat, and social media channels.

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral audio/formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• Track basic content performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates) and help summarize weekly insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail, phone etiquette, and grammar.

• Proficiency with social platforms.

• Basic experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Premiere Pro).

• Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic, customer-service mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
