The Back-End Developer Intern will work closely with the development team to support the building, testing, and maintenance of server-side logic, databases, and APIs. This internship provides hands-on experience in writing clean, efficient back-end code and learning how to integrate databases, authentication, and data processing systems into scalable web applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of server-side languages like PHP, JavaScript (Node.js), or Python.

• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.

• Exposure to REST APIs and HTTP request methods (GET, POST, etc.).

• Understanding of version control using Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn new frameworks, tools, and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frameworks like Laravel (PHP), Express.js (Node.js), or Django (Python).

• Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for API testing.

• Basic understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.

• Exposure to DevOps practices or cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or Firebase.
