Position: Retail Sales
Contract: 12 months (extendable based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Recommend and sell retail telco products, services, devices, and plans.
• Achieve sales and service KPIs through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support daily store operations, inventory management, and SOP compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office) with basic typing skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
