Secondary school qualification or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in welfare or community service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.

Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards individuals in need.

Experience in event coordination is a plus.

Coordinate and manage welfare programs and activities for beneficiaries.

Liaise with community partners and stakeholders to secure resources and support.

Develop and implement outreach strategies to identify individuals in need.

Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, services provided, and program outcomes.

Organize and facilitate community engagement events and workshops.

Provide support and guidance to beneficiaries, addressing their welfare needs.

Assist in fundraising activities and grant applications for welfare initiatives.
