The role supports the business growth initiatives, sales advisory support and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor campaigns that drive business plans and growth strategies.

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of internal sales advisory processes; resolve representatives†queries; and facilitate smooth, timely new business submissions.

• Assist the Senior BDM in executing representatives' Enhanced Monitoring (EM)-related tasks, including conducting coaching sessions, meeting observations, and ensuring reps submit the required documents on time.

• For EM, ensure reps rectify document-related findings in a timely manner.

• Assist the Senior BDM in first‑level feedback on marketing materials and campaign effectiveness.

• Assist the Senior BDM in conceptualising and developing campaign papers to support business growth and recruitment initiatives.

• Assist the Senior BDM in conducting first-level verification of Accredited Investor (AI) status and supporting documentation.

• Support team initiatives through special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required.

• Assist the Head of Department in corporate projects, strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional engagements

  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development, sales support, distribution management, financial advisory, or insurance-related functions.

• Familiarity with financial services and advisory processes, including regulatory and compliance requirements, is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, initiatives, and operational matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
