Responsibilities


Sort and process soiled linens and towels for washing according to established procedures.
Feed clean linens and towels into laundry equipment, including flatwork ironers and towel folders.
Count, pack, and prepare clean linens and towels for delivery and distribution.
Perform quality checks to ensure linens and towels meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Follow workplace safety and health guidelines while carrying out assigned duties.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily laundry operations.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Laundry Supervisor or Management from time to time.




Requirements


Able to stand for extended
periods and work in a hot and humid laundry production environment.
Able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Able to follow standard operating procedures and instructions.
Physically fit to handle laundry items and perform manual handling tasks as required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
Willing to learn and adapt to operational requirements.




Working Hours:Mondays to Fridays: 2pm to 8pm, $10.50 per hour
Saturdays and Sundays: 9am to 6pm, $11.50 per hour

Part-timers must be able to commit a minimum of 3 workdays and 1 weekend.
