Responsibilities
Overview:
We’re a small, established exhibition company supplying portable display systems for events, exhibitions, and brand activations across Singapore. We’re now looking for hands-on helpers to support our booth installations and dismantling.
You’ll be working with small, portable, modular display systems — not large custom-built booths — so the role is practical, manageable, and varied from job to job.
This is a part-time role, working 2 fixed days each week, with occasional weekends during busy exhibition periods which would be paid overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and dismantling of portable exhibition booths
Load, unload, and move equipment between venue and vehicle
Support the team on-site to ensure installations run smoothly and on time
Follow instructions and basic installation procedures
Drive a small van when required to transport equipment
Requirements:
Valid driving licence (comfortable driving a small van)
Reasonably fit and comfortable with hands-on, physical work
Willing to learn — training will be provided
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Available for ad-hoc shifts, including some weekends
Details:
Location: Singapore (event venues and client sites)
Schedule: 2 days per week, with extra days during peak event periods
Compensation: $150 per day; overtime at weekends paid at $75 per 4hr 1/2 day, $150 for full day.
