Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related filed.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin will have an added advantage for shortlisting.
- Brings a positive attitude, proactive and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance & Accounts team in preparing of monthly financial schedules and reports.
- Collaborate with the team to conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in processing employee reimbursements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for internal and external audits.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and the maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial records.
- Support the preparation of invoices, payment voucher and other accounting documents.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and administrative responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor in alignment with your field of study.
