Job Description

- Assist the Factory Manager in managing daily factory operations and production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate and supervise production workers and ensure proper manpower allocation.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Ensure workers follow company rules, work procedures, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, Store, and other departments.
- Monitor production output, machine performance, and operational issues.
- Identify production problems and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and related documentation.
- Assist the Factory Manager in improving productivity, efficiency, and workflow.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Factory Manager.

Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Experience in production management and manpower supervision is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
