Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Managers in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements and user stories.
• Support the preparation of product documentation, presentation materials, user guides, and training resources.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product validation, and product launch activities.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining Back Office (BO) platforms and database-related tasks.
• Support product testing, analysis, and troubleshooting activities, including WPU, APU, AC, and NAMUHX processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation and delivery.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and market observations to support product development initiatives.
• Track project progress and assist in coordinating product-related activities and communications.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Product Management team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of databases, software testing, or product management concepts is an added advantage.
