Mdm Ling Bakery is a Singapore bakery brand built on a simple promise: Love Them All. We bake in our own facility, operate our own warehouse, and manage our own deliveries. Our products reach customers across retail, e-commerce, corporate gifting, wholesale, and institutional channels throughout Singapore.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Temporary Admin to join us until Feb 2027. You’ll support order processing, inventory management, bazaar coordination, and general administration. This hands-on role requires you to stay organised, coordinate with booth leaders, manage paperwork and stock movements, and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare stock checklists and maintain inventory records
Handle data entry and order paperwork, including gift cards
Liaise with vendors and assist with pop-up booth arrangements
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
About you
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good coordination and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Prior administrative experience is an advantage
